Your experience and education:
Candidate for a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
Experience with development methodologies and programming languages.
Knowledge of the operation of security testing tools such as Attack Proxies and port scanners.

Responsibilities

With our depth and breadth of Cybersecurity services, the co-op student will have the opportunity to be responsible for various activities such as:
Perform Application Security testing against custom built applications, network penetration, web application testing, source code reviews and threat analysis, as applicable utilizing standard security tools
Identify network and application-specific vulnerabilities in target systems and recommend defensive measures to defend against possible attack by an adversary
Identifying, assessing, measuring and reporting on cyber/technology risks by conducting security reviews, audits, evaluations, risk assessments and develop recommendations for improvements
Assist in digital forensic investigations consisting of computer systems, cloud environments, and other digital devices
Research and improve your knowledge base of current technology advancements, trends and directions and identify the potential threats and exposures to our clients
Participate in the creation of security documents (operational frameworks, policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures)
Assist in the evaluation of new toolsets and techniques to be included with the team’s portfolio
Assist in developing comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Assist in proposal development, as requested
