Requirements

  • To qualify as a candidate, individual's must be enrolled in the Co-op Program and have yet to graduate from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada.
  • Strong research, analytical, project management, report writing and presentation skills
  • Experience and interest in market research/business analysis projects, as well as analyzing and presenting data and findings to project team members * Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills and the ability to work efficiently, independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • This position assists the Customer Experience and Business Operations Team. Activities may include: conducting business analysis and market research; supporting stakeholder engagement activities; gathering, preparing and presenting data for review; drafting reports and findings; and supporting project teams, as needed
  • The student will learn about the utility industry and be given the opportunity to develop skillsets in the following areas: process improvement, market research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, presenting information and findings, project management, developing analytical/strategic thinking, and problem solving.
