Requirements

  • Basic understanding and interest in A/V technologies, specifically with a fundamental understanding of camera, microphone, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate effectively when dealing directly with senior-level executive staff.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to be on your feet for extended periods as this is an active role with limited desk time.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn new skills on the go.
  • Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree; Communications, Marketing, CIS, Collaboration, Business Admin, etc.
  • The ability to work on site and maintain quality work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Must be able to maintain a customer service mindset, build relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • The ability to maintain an organized calendar due to the variety of work to be completed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with A/V setup for in-person and online executive meetings, town halls, and other events including investor calls, shareholder meetings, etc.
  • Assist with A/V preventative maintenance work in Evansville offices and conference areas.
  • Assist with Berry’s digital signage platform including deployments, enhancement of existing players and create accounts/train new system users.
  • Provide admin level support to technologies such as Yodeck, Clickshare, and other collaboration platforms via HelpDesk system.
  • Assist Executive Assistants on any possible tasks that may need to be completed.
  • May be asked to work on special projects and perform soft video editing as requested.
  • Run Zoom & Teams Meetings/webinars for all level of Berry Employees.
