Requirements

  • Experience and/or interest in developing skills in design and construction related to building systems, interior remodels, and/or architecture.
  • Exceptional customer service, people skills, verbal, and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to use or learn software that support our business such as AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Illustrator, Maximo, SAP, etc.
  • Knowledge of building systems and ability to read architectural floor plans is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment involving multiple internal departments and external resources to generate project success.
  • Applicant must be enrolled and attending a minimum of six (6) college credits per semester (100 or higher, level courses).
  • Education
  • College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Responsibilities

  • Works with internal stakeholders and Facilities designers, engineers, and technicians to support facilities design and construction projects.
  • Assists with the procurement and overseeing of furniture, fixtures and equipment installations.
  • Maintaining and organizing interior product resource library and creating project finish binders.
  • Assists in creating furniture installation schedules, updating status and closing out projects.
  • Provides technical and administrative support to designer, scheduler and project specialist on projects as needed.
  • Supports floor plan updates and map development for Facilities managed sites.
