The Green Communities Division serves all 351 Massachusetts cities and towns and provides grants, technical assistance, and local support to help municipalities reduce energy use and costs by implementing clean energy projects in municipal buildings, facilities, and schools.&nbsp;</li><li>The intern will work on a variety of initiatives including communications-related projects and activities, and a data-driven storytelling project and upcoming event for the Green Communities Division. The intern will interact with various DOER staff to gather information concerning projects and activities and coordinate efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>A strong candidate will have solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience using a graphic design platform or software, and good organizational skills.
