  • What you’ll need for this role:
  • Academic requirements – studying towards an undergraduate degree with a year in industry. Preferred areas of study are Law, English or Business.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support with the IG Group Holdings plc Annual General Meeting which takes place in September.
  • File the plc company accounts and other subsidiary entity accounts with the relevant Registrar of Companies.
  • Support the update of our global entity database, which is being established as the golden source of the Group’s statutory information.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of board meetings throughout your industrial placement year.
  • Assist in ensuring the Group and its subsidiaries comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Execute on essential group and subsidiary documentation
  • Support the team with key projects to ensure delivery of the team’s objectives.
