Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the team’s daily gathering and analysis of competitor announcements and relevant technology updates including looking for/employing new research strategies to help automate the data collection.
  • Assist with looking for / employing new research strategies to help automate data collection.
  • Analyze financial and transactional data to determine competitor strategies and positioning points.
  • Work closely with sales to understand competitor talking points, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain foundational competitive intelligence sales enablement assets.
  • Communicate intelligence learned through presentations, internal website updates and Chatter communications.
  • Research emerging trends impacting our industry to support product and marketing decision making.
