  • Reviewing changes to market and conduct rules impacting TD Wealth
  • Reviewing and updating documents, including digitization of Compliance policies, procedures, and other materials
  • Support opportunities to enhance innovation, workflow capabilities and implementation of modernization initiatives
  • Research and prepare written materials including memos on emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory landscape impacting TD Wealth
  • Providing administrative support to Compliance teams, including filing, word processing, and maintaining, and providing information from various compliance-related information databases
  • Assisting with other tasks/projects as assigned
