Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Law, Management, or related field
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
Ability to work independently, think critically and make decisions
Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Highly organized and flexible in prioritizing various work demands
Able to work collaboratively and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain relationships that impact positively on the execution of deliverables
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Reviewing changes to market and conduct rules impacting TD Insurance
Reviewing and updating documents, including digitization of Compliance policies, procedures, and other materials
Support opportunities to enhance innovation, workflow capabilities and implementation of modernization initiatives
Research and prepare written materials including memos on emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory landscape impacting TD Insurance
Providing administrative support to Compliance teams, including filing, word processing, and maintaining, and providing information from various compliance-related information databases
Assisting with other tasks/projects as assigned
