  • Work directly with the Concessions Manager & Warehouse Manager to assist in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in data entry of invoices.
  • Assist in the supervision of the warehouse team.
  • Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPO training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training.
  • Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days.
  • Track and organize non-profit group contracts, training, & game day rosters.
  • Prepare NPO donation spreadsheets post-event.
  • Assist in pre-game day and post-game day uniform preparation and laundering.
