Requirements

  • Education/Certification:
  • Enrollment in or graduation from a bachelor’s degree program required.
  • Business major preferred.
  • Coursework in computer science/industrial engineering preferred.
  • Overall Experience:
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills required.
  • Prior internship experience a plus
  • Knowledge of IOT products a plus
  • Experience using EVs and experienced with public charging preferred
  • Experience working with and/or developing business models preferred
  • Skills:
  • Ability to work with internal and external teams/task forces and cross-functional teams to project completion required
  • Ability to understand market and customer needs required
  • Ability to multi-task, juggle competing demands, prioritize and work with other team members at all levels within the company required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required
  • Strong analytical skills required

Responsibilities

  • Research the EV charging landscape, develop analysis of the current environment, and summarize findings for Connected Car leadership.
  • Review and test the new Kia in-app charging platform.
  • Develop and evaluate new business models for charging product offerings for Kia EV owners.
