Requirements

Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
At least a 3.0 GPA preferred
Must be at least in Junior year of college
Prior experience as an intern in a project team environment preferred
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, assist, and communicate with team to successfully execute on-site tasks
required to complete a successful project.
Maintain positive relationships will all Garrett Companies personnel, including the entire
design team, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and all applicable municipal
representatives.
Promote job-site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify any job site hazards
immediately.
Assist with the execution of site-specific tasks as assigned.
Other duties as assigned
