Description

  • The Construction Coordinator Intern or Recent Graduate is to gain a comprehensive understanding of site-specific activities required for a successful project completion and experience in all areas of managing a construction site. 

Requirements

  • Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
  • At least a 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Must be at least in Junior year of college
  • Prior experience as an intern in a project team environment preferred
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
