Requirements

  • A pursuant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Operations or Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • 10–12-week customized rotational schedule
  • Gain hands on and behind the scenes experience with cross-training in all facets of the branch and business
  • Full access to an assigned dedicated mentor to support schedule management, performance reviews and guidance throughout the duration of the program
  • Ability to learn new skills with on-the-job and in classroom training
  • Introduction to an entrepreneurial atmosphere with an open book approach
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Estimating and Operations teams
  • Job Shadow with branch leadership team members and attend client meetings
  • Build a strong professional network and foster relationships
  • Exposure to company culture, mission and values
  • Develop soft skills and practical knowledge in a professional environment
  • Identify career goals and interests for future growth opportunities
