Responsibilities

  • Assist and learn from the operations staff with the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from GMP approval through project closeout.
  • Maintain positive and effective working relationships with both internal and external members of the Project Team, including Owners, Designers, Engineers, Field Operations, Trade Partners, Program Managers, and Pre-Construction Managers.
  • Assist with Owner meetings, Trade Partner meetings, trade partner buyouts, material procurement, job site safety, job site quality, project schedule, writing subcontracts, owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, cost forecasting, and construction document management.
  • Assist with the business development team to comprehensively support strategic growth pursuits.
  • Support Preconstruction efforts with general conditions, general requirements, schedule preparation, logistics, and constructability review.
  • Participate in Owner and Trade Partner Events.
