Requirements

  • Previous experience working with BATS, Trackman Portable, Edgertronic cameras, etc. is a plus, but not necessary
  • Previous experience with an MLB or NCAA Baseball organization is a plus, but not necessary
  • Must be able to correctly identify pitch types
  • Must provide outstanding attention to detail during data and video collection
  • Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Proficient computer skills including moderate experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and general knowledge of basic office equipment use including copier, fax, and printer
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively work well with all employees and outside vendors in a collaborative, respectful manner
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task and manage projects on a strict deadline
  • Maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance
  • Maintain professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion, integrity, and accountability
  • Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment
  • Graduating Senior or 4 years Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
  • Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
  • As a condition of employment, you must successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check

Responsibilities

  • In collecting and distributing video and data, you will capture and upload video for assigned Minor League Affiliate using BATS software for all games during regular season/post season
  • Collect video and data from bullpens, batting practice and defensive work
  • Assist coaching staff with miscellaneous video and related projects
  • Represents the Club in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
