  • You Are:
  • Always looking for insights, and following hunches that spark creative proactivity to drive earned first ideas to completion
  • A wizard at using words to communicate emotion and inciting people to hit that share button.
  • Obsessed with the details and passionate about learning new skills
  • Versed in the rules of writing, grammar, and punctuation – and know when to break them
  • 110% fluent in the internet. You know the ins and outs of trends, speak the language of social, have found yourself going down YouTube rabbit holes for multiple hours in a row, have reached the far corners of Tik Tok and explored without fear the depths of Reddit
  • Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to your work and able to balance multiple projects
  • A nice person, because we spend too much time with each other not to be nice
  • You know your way around Microsoft and have an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • A champion of diversity, who proactively cultivates an inclusive culture and uses cultural competence to drive agency and client’s business forward
  • You must be a college graduate or have obtained your degree by May 2024

  • Work across a variety of clients and projects
  • Write copy for projects ranging from social and live streams to product launches and brand manifestos
  • Contribute to brainstorms for engaging ideas
  • Attend and collaborate on briefs from existing and prospective clients – developing a wide range of compelling ideas
  • Write compelling messaging
  • Have a passion for great copywriting and think in terms of big ideas with a strong knowledge of social content
  • Edit existing copy to fit specific mediums
