Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school, with completion of first year (1L) by the start of the internship
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Interest in Financial, benefits, and Insurance Industry
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • No experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Research and advise on various legal issues including contract law, corporate law, securities law, and employment law
  • Assist with corporate recordkeeping
  • Develop and update internal policies and training programs on matters related to ethics, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance
  • Help in preparing reports and presentations for internal management
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
