  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing/Sport Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Client or Corporate Service experience.
  • Positive relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Job specific skills and abilities:
  • Highly proactive, results oriented and motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and clients at the same time.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to contribute to long hours of work when vital to reach goals.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the Partnership Marketing team in the activation and execution of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery on all sponsorship assets while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with corporate gifting and inventory management.
  • Help the team coordinate arena signage and installation with vendors.
  • Aid in administrative duties such as answering phones, attending weekly planning meetings, and maintaining certain schedules.
  • Assist with onboarding a new sponsor (i.e.: gifts, welcome packages, and touchpoints).
  • Support the overall sales process of the HEAT Corporate Sales team. This includes assisting the Sales team on renewal and new business opportunities, creation of recap PowerPoint and sales pitch decks.
  • Help compile and gain insight from market research and online media. Disperse information to sales team and/or partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responsiveness, and integrity to client requests.
  • Assist the team to accurately track, record and analyze monthly sales for each corporate order.
  • Aid prospect and current partner research development.
  • Facilitate ongoing client engagement and opportunities.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.
