Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma or certificate in sports, events, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Available for Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, home games and special events, including evenings & weekends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be always a team player.
  • Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator that can clearly convey information.
  • Self-motivated, detailed and organized.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support with strategic planning of experiences to support retention strategies.
  • Execute extensive research of VIP Hospitality, VIP engagement and innovative solution best practices across leagues to inform future membership services & retention strategies.
  • Adhere to all MLSE standards and policies.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Complete monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal departments to coordinate on court experiences.
  • Deliver enhanced premium seating experience.
  • Perform daily multi-department needs in relation to VIP members, satisfaction and account servicing.
  • Provide assistance to high profile customers in order to elevate their overall experience.
  • Keep team aligned with important dates across all lines of business on a daily basis.
  • Execute multiple tasks with short deadlines.
