Responsibilities

  • ART DIRECTION / DESIGN:
  • Our Art Direction/Design Interns work under the guidance of creative directors to strategize and execute various campaigns and projects for our clients. Having strong conceptual skills and an eye for design is required for the position. Our interns contribute directly to our workflow, and we are interested in seeing what they bring to the table—how they create something from nothing, how they visually bring ideas to life, how their process unfolds, and what kind of results they get.
  • COPYWRITING:
  • Our clients are in need of all types of writing, from short form to long form. The Copywriter Intern should capture the voice of the client and tell their story the best way possible. They show us how to change someone’s mind with only words.
  • DIGITAL DEVELOPERS:
  • Digital Development Interns get immersed into all aspects of development. They will see projects from front-end to back-end, the creation phase to the testing phase. They find what will work for a program and all its quirks. They are a problem-solver who loves finding that missing piece of the puzzle. The quicker, the better.
  • PROJECT MANAGERS:
  • Project Management Interns work directly with creative directors, account teams and clients to guide a process from start to finish. They demonstrate leadership qualities but operate best when working with others. This position teaches the intern how to manage several tasks at once, oversee projects, and value the importance of being a collaborative leader.
