What is the application deadline for the Creative Marketing Internship?
The application deadline is Friday, February 28th.
When will the internship take place?
The internship will last for 11 weeks, with program date options starting either June 2nd or June 9th and ending August 15th or August 22nd, respectively.
How many hours per week are interns expected to work?
Interns are expected to work 35-40 hours per week.
Are interns compensated for their work?
Yes, the internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour for undergraduate interns and $25 per hour for graduate level interns.
Is relocation assistance provided for this internship?
No, relocation assistance is not provided.
What qualifications are needed to apply for the internship?
Applicants must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university, be a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student, maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above, and be able to work 40 hours a week.
Do I need to be a U.S. citizen to apply?
Yes, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future.
What types of projects will the interns be involved in?
Interns will be involved in various projects including script coverage, media organization, interview preparation, research, and supporting audio-visual marketing efforts for HBO and Max original programs.
Is prior experience in video editing required?
While working knowledge of video editing is preferred (AVID being the ideal), it is not a mandatory requirement.
Will I be able to receive academic credit for the internship?
Credit is not required, but WBD will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired.
What skills are nice to have for this internship?
Nice to have skills include strong multi-tasking, organizational skills, attention to detail, experience with Photoshop and Google Docs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Will I be able to network during the internship?
Yes, the internship program includes incredible networking opportunities with industry professionals and access to mentorship from experienced veterans in the field.
How can I check the status of my application?

Can I work remotely during this internship?
Yes, the internship operates in a hybrid capacity, which allows for some remote work scheduled around the in-office expectations of the intern managers.
