  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program, especially Business, Journalism, Creative Writing, and/or Marketing.
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry and a passion for creative strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective copywriting
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail


  • Assist in developing creative strategies that align with the brand identities and marketing objectives of Orveon’s portfolio.
  • Conduct qualitative research to gather insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to support the strategic business needs of the Creative team.
  • Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to develop innovative and impactful campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media, CRM, and Site among others, to ensure the seamless execution of Creative workflows.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data, track the development, status and delivery of key brand assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into creative strategies.
