Responsibilities

  • Managing the internal and external information flow sent to clients throughout the day (axes, runs and news flow).
  • Managing with the team the new issues sales books, as well as handling all the booking and settlement process (bonds and swaps).
  • Helping the team on the DB Research distribution and Roadshow organisation.
  • Improving and maintaining the current tools and spreadsheets that enables the sales team to efficiently execute their transactions.
  • Being responsible for the follow up with our middle office for any issues post trading and on legal and kyc docs with our operational team.
