Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, direct mail, etc.). Support the creation of customer-focused content that aligns with broader marketing initiatives. Help ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule, within scope, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Manage customer data within the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Assist in creating customer segments and generating insights for targeted campaigns. Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, utilizing CRM and analytics tools to collect key metrics and insights. Conduct research on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor CRM initiatives to inform strategic decisions. Assist in analyzing customer feedback and survey data to help shape future CRM activities.
  • Creative Brief Development: Work closely with senior team members to create creative briefs for agency partners. Assist in reviewing creative outputs from external agencies, ensuring they align with brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalisation: Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, creative, sales) to assist in developing CRM strategies and campaigns. Maintain clear communication with external agencies, ensuring that briefs and deliverables are well-defined and accurately executed.
