Requirements

  • Recently graduated or is in their final year at university.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or STEM related degree (preferable).
  • A good team ethic.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Cope well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team (including functional / business / technical / contact centre / stations), with people from various backgrounds, in a multicultural environment.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day support of the CRM systems (mostly the Salesforce platform), resolving operational issues, reviewing, and analysing causes and supporting improvements, enforcing a Salesforce system governance.
  • Participate in the development of the system, following the Agile methodology (several cycles of development, testing, presentation to the stakeholders, release to production), for various changes to support our Contact Centre, Sales Team and possibly Operational teams in Stations
  • Document new processes and support enhancements to our CRM solutions.
  • Work on key projects relating to CRM Systems in the e-business and distribution area, such as:
  • Automated Operational communications
  • Delivery of new AI features
