The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented museum or history studies major with previous research experience, a passion for music history, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in computer skills, including Office 365, is a must, with experience in Axiell being a plus. The candidate should also be able to adjust to changing demands, work days, evenings, and weekends, and be currently enrolled in a college or graduate school program.

The Curatorial Intern at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the museum's artifact collection, including accessioning, research, and layout for exhibits. They will collaborate with the collections team, document artifacts and galleries, clean and maintain exhibits, and contribute to various research and data input projects. They may also have the opportunity to curate a set of artifacts for an upcoming exhibit and assist with the opening of a major exhibit in 2024.
