Requirements

  • What You'll Need:
  • Software development knowledge in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including, but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, C++, or C#.
  • Some familiarity with version control.
  • Superb professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with a keen eye for breaking down complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and good content design.

Responsibilities

  • Research the learner experience, identify weaknesses in the curriculum, and make improvements to existing content.
  • Author new learning content, including coding exercises, quizzes, projects, lecture notes, video tutorials, and outcome-oriented learning paths.
  • Advocate for our users by gathering user feedback from clients or from client-facing groups.
  • Review, provide feedback to, and contribute to product documentation and resources.
  • Partner with Product Engineering to help plan learning content around new and improved features and workflows in the platform.
