  • Análisis de clientes y detección de oportunidades/áreas de interés:
  • Ventas - Detección de oportunidades: Dashboard (productos + valor) - Pedidos LOEs
  • Actualización y manejo de BBDD de clientes
  • Perfiles CEA/Veeva: Análisis cualitativo clientes: Engagemente, áreas de interés, canales
  • Presentación mensual de evolución de audiencia (cuali y cuanti)
  • Creación del customer Journey de audiencia "automate
  • Medición del impacto de contenidos en FH y selección de recursos
  • PromoMats & Gestionar materiales
  • Creación de campaña (promoción, valor, proyectos….) - Seguimiento conexiones y adopción de camapañas
  • Coordinación Campaña centralizada email: Productos, mensajes, valor, etc…
  • Calendarización mensual impactos audiencia (customer journey)
  • Gestión de clientes/proyectos
  • Gestión del buzon - asignación de temas
  • VBC: Creación y renovación de ofertas - Abonos?
  • Seguimiento indicadores de clientes: proyectos, Productos target, etc. Excels de seguimiento
  • Apoyo en gestión y seguimiento de proyectos (ej: Customer Link, Privac, etc…)
