  • Coordinates creation, scheduling and production of all technical event materials in collaboration with our customers, and internal cross functional business units.
  • Utilizes computer multimedia applications to improve overall customer digital experience including communication, administration access, and content for the user group and customer portal designed to give customers access to services and information they require.
  • Support publication of a monthly/quarterly user’s group or customer portal report.
  • Engages cross-functionally with internal teams and Japan headquarters to consolidate messaging for the events, addressing customers’ priorities and feedbacks, market dynamics, and internal business unit needs.
  • Support monthly webinars and reporting after each event.
  • Coordinates vendors, registrations, audio visual and other logistics for smaller events.
  • Perform other such duties as may be required.
