Description

  • The Customer Success Associate, or 'Flex Trainee Success Associate' will report to the Flex Trainee Success Manager and contribute to the ongoing success of our award-winning Flex Trainee placements.

Customer Relations

Responsibilities

  • Playing a key role in overseeing the Flex Trainee mentoring programme
  • Mentoring individual Flex Trainees and supporting them with professional development
  • Monitoring progress of Qualifying Work Experience and reporting to the Success Manager on any issues
  • Monitoring progress of the SQE study and updating mentors on progress
  • Ensuring the success of our Flex Trainee placements, trouble-shooting issues with both clients and candidates and ensuring both parties have a positive experience of the scheme
  • Building strong relationships with Flex Trainee clients, including overseeing placement management of all Flex Trainee clients (with support from Flex Trainee account managers)
  • Assisting the Trainee Success Manager with ensuring the ongoing development of Flex Trainees; including supporting the Talent Manager with the Flex Trainee ‘readiness programme’ and any ongoing training
  • Assisting the Trainee Success Manager with overseeing the Flex Trainees’ performance programme (including 6-monthly performance reviews and probation reviews)
  • Building strong relationships with Flex Trainees
  • Supporting the Success Manager in running social events for the trainees to allow them the opportunity to network and socialise with each other
  • Supporting the Success Manager with the off-boarding process including ensuring all relevant documentation is in place and arranging exit interviews
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of best practice for Flex Trainee
  • Working closely with other Flex teams, including Account Management/Sales/ Marketing/Tech/Finance
  • Using all Flex systems and processes efficiently and ensuring compliance with internal and external data policies
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape and industry developments relevant to Flex Trainee
  • Attending networking and other events and be an ambassador for Flex Legal and Flex Trainee
  • Assisting the Trainee Success Manager with team training on Flex Trainee for Flex HQ team
