  • We are looking for a Business Student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our Dynatrace ONE team. This is a full-time, paid internship.  


  • Education: Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Local to Denver or Detroit and able to come to the office 3 days a week.
  • Preferred:
  • Work experience: 0-1 Years.
  • Considering a career in the business side of software and technology
  • Ability to identify different challenges and think creatively to work towards a solution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Familiarity with different cloud technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Passionate about learning new solutions and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

Area of Responsibilities

Customer Relations


  • Collaborate with senior members of the team on customer success and renewal activities for Dynatrace customers
  • Contribute to any existing and/or future project initiatives
  • Analyze and research certain dynamics of our existing customer base to help discover existing trends
  • Support the Customer Success team by identifying different challenges and researching solutions
  • Work with members of the team to help create customer outreach campaigns that will drive further adoption of the Dynatrace platform
  • Review existing processes with the goal of helping to improve where possible
