Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • You are currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area of study with an expected conferral date between December 2025 and August 2026 prior to starting at GitHu
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion for GitHub and our mission to make developers' lives better
  • A desire to learn more about a Revenue organization at a high-technology company
  • The ability to empathize with every aspect of the customer experience
  • Experience or interest in coding
  • Comfortable collecting and prioritizing input from various stakeholders on a project
  • Passionate about learning new tools and technology and implementing them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and team oriented

Responsibilities

  • Work on potential Customer Success projects such as…
  • Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies to promote upcoming events while helping develop an event playbook for the Accreditations, Certifications & Enablement team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a marketing strategy and campaign for public certifications and help create content for social media platforms.
  • Internal review of discounting practices for Premium Plus and Premium support and Expert Services offerings as well as creating sales oriented customer facing content for Premium Support.
  • Technical Support knowledge system and document maintenance and optimization
  • At the end of your internship, you will provide the Leadership team with a summary of lessons learned.
