  • Our industry-recognized proprietary software solution supports the creation, execution, and analysis of paid marketing across all major digital channels including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook / Instagram), Display, & Video, and organic social posting. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to support our growing client base! An internship at Eulerity will provide you with the opportunity to deepen your digital marketing knowledge while actively contributing to the success of brands across various industries!

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Minimum of 2 days in office per week
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with a desire to learn and contribute
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team across brands in a wide array of business sectors
  • Assist the team with daily operations, including data preparation/analysis and account health checks/audits
  • Collaborate to create educational content and resources for customers, such as tutorials, FAQs, and best practice guides
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials and one-pagers to push larger initiatives
  • Contribute to customer retention strategies and initiatives
