Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Account Manager on key accounts
  • Help with weekly status, QBR development, and day-to-day tasks pertraining to account management responsibilities
  • Potential to be customer facing in key accounts.
  • Help with reporting, financial management / billing
  • Participation in all intern program led initiatives
  • Work with team to set goal and project for internship and present accomplishments at end of internship (CS built a structure for this)
