Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology or related major.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Interest in technology, project management, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Located in Austin, Texas for the duration of the summer term (June 3rd - August 2nd)
  • On-site attendance once a week

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Success team by assisting in administrative tasks and documentation management.
  • Aid in organizing and maintaining customer records, including contact information and engagement history.
  • Assist with data analysis using tools like Gainsight to track customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insights into customer success strategies and processes.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and projects to support departmental goals and initiatives.
