Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Sociology or related major.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Interest in technology, project management, and customer success.
Familiarity with customer success platforms is a plus.
Located in Austin, Texas for the duration of the summer term (June 3rd - August 2nd)
On-site attendance once a week

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Success team by assisting in administrative tasks and documentation management.
Aid in organizing and maintaining customer records, including contact information and engagement history.
Assist with data analysis using tools like Gainsight to track customer health and engagement metrics.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insights into customer success strategies and processes.
Take on ad hoc tasks and projects to support departmental goals and initiatives.
