Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the OTC (Over the Counter)/Personal Care industry and Opella CHC (Consumer Health Care) strategies and business practices.
  • Assist our Customer Supply Chain, field sales, manufacturing, demand planning and Transportation teams in achieving key KPI goals.
  • Partner with internal functions such as, Industrial Affairs, Finance, Sales Strategy, Marketing, etc to thread the voice of the customer into the daily actions of the organization.
  • Research and analyse trends utilizing a suite of tools and data resources to answer business questions and identify supply chain opportunities.
  • Develop intern project and deliver final presentation to Opella leadership and peers.
  • Attend intern program development opportunities including coffee chats with key leaders, training sessions, and team building/volunteerism.
