Description

  • We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for implementing automated resources needed for our growing client base to aid with delivering MeVitae into their HR systems. This position focuses on providing support to our growing Customer Success team to assist with technical queries from our clients. We are looking for an organised, driven and passionate individual to take on the role of Customer Support Assistant. You will need to collaborate with the other members of the Customer Succes team and wider company from tech to marketing and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. This is a great opportunity to join MeVitae and become part of our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

  • The Customer Support Assistant will serve as day-to-day contact for the Customer Success team to offer administrative and client relationship support. 
  • You will be responsible for managing and resolving client queries to a high standard to ensure our SLAs are met. 
  • You will be responsible for creating additional resources that are required for both new and existing clients. 
  • Work with the Customer Success team to support the integration into our clients ATS environment whilst also providing technical support to our clients. 
  • As this is a new role there will be the opportunity to work with the Customer Success Engineer to personalise the role and so the individual will need to be able adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.

Requirements

  • Passionate about technology!  
  • Highly organised, comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Ability to adapt to change and excel in high-stress situations 
  • Experience using tools the Office suite preferred 
  • A belief in the need to increase diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
