  • A qualifying student is in their second year of a bachelor's program or their first year of their master's program.
  • Students who have graduated are still eligible to be considered but must be within 12 months of graduation.

Responsibilities

  • As a Data Analyst for the Service Department at Topcon Positioning Systems, your objective is to help maximize service efficiency. You'll collaborate with the Service teams, dig into large datasets from ERP (SAP) and CRM (Sales Force), and use Power BI to create dashboards and reports. Your focus is on spotting trends, patterns, and areas to improve in our service processes. You will also be working closely with cross-functional teams and implement data-driven solutions. This role requires expertise in data analytics to provide actionable input to achieve service and overall business success. The Intern’s daily activities will include:
  • Collaborate with the Service Department teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP (SAP) and CRM (Sales Force) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in Service processes.
  • Create data dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions to enhance service efficiency.
