Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of operation strategies, processes,
  • roadmaps, and the context in which the business and Tech operates and interacts with all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for delivering quality reporting and data products by understanding end user needs,
  • developing detailed requirements, writing user stories, supporting technical designs and process
  • improvement
  • Work with various stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user
  • requirements
  • Develop and execute data mapping plans for conversions, migrations, and system integrations
  • Write queries to analyze business data to assist in decision making and ad hoc reporting.
  • Understand Business Intelligence technology, including ETL processing, reporting tools, and other
  • methods of information delivery.
  • Continuously develops an understanding of supported business domains.
  • Analyze, understand, and document user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user story requests.
  • Conducts and may facilitate internal testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
