  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Logic-based queries, data cleaning & filtering)
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present client-facing analysis
  • Familiarity with PPT
  • Strong writing skills
  • Tableau Experience is a plus
  • Prior Design or Solutioning experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Competitive analysis of solutions similar to Opportunity Explorer
  • Create resource repositories to consolidate Data Cloud knowledge, enabling team members to utilize shared learnings across brands/verticals
  • Support updates and enhancements of existing solutions
  • Assist with creation of custom reports currently being delivered by Data Cloud team
  • Lead the design, implementation, and tracking of customer feedback on Data Cloud solutions, enabling the team to improve the usability of our solutions
  • Troubleshoot Data Cloud supported services
  • Manage Request queues across multiple product lines
