The candidate must have programming language and SQL experience, be pursuing a technical degree, show interest in data and technology, possess problem-solving skills, and have internship or project experience. Additional knowledge of distributed frameworks and strong communication skills are a plus.

As a Data Engineering Intern at Netflix, you will work with the Data Science and Engineering team to provide colleagues with rich data for decision-making across various aspects of the business, such as content selection and customer service. You will also build datasets to improve efficiency in studio productions, platform utilization, and membership growth, gaining hands-on experience with new technologies and the unique culture at Netflix.
