Requirements

Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Data Analytics.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power BI, and SQL
Previous experience with Data Quality Management tools and defining and supporting data-cleaning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Data Governance team and internal customers for support and development of governance and quality reporting.
Ensure the organization has a common understanding of the data by supporting the continuous enrichment of QuadReal’s business glossary using Collibra governance platform.
Analyze data with data profiling and visualization tools to identify issues and recommend improvement actions.
Apply DQ lenses and rules to filter and “clean” reports and correct data defects as needed.
Design and build data quality rules to validate the quality of data, as well as dashboards and metrics to monitor it.
Perform ad-hoc analytics on large/diverse datasets from multiple enterprise applications like JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, and Yardi.
Provide data in consumable formats and automate data remediation opportunities.
Create high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and briefing notes
Work effectively and collaborate with other teams to drive organization wide efficiencies.
