Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Business degree
  • Has completed an Operations Management course
  • Dynamic problem solver with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Able to work in the US for an indefinite period without sponsorship
  • Able to come to the NYC office three days a week (relocation not offered)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the audience building workflow and assist in troubleshooting
  • Provide targeting support to Sales and solutions to mediate common product gaps
  • Support data partner expansion and identify key success metrics
  • Perform internal documentation review and migrate collateral to Confluence for cross-team education
  • Help develop best practices to improve existing processes
