Responsibilities

  • Your analytics will strategically advance how Qualtrics ideates, builds, measures, and improves its products.
  • You will use your quantitative skills to analyze disparate product clickstream, state and customer feedback data sources (e.g., NPS, Social Media, Call/Case Volumes, Product feedback) to present comprehensive views of customer and product experience.
  • You will work across the data science stack building tools, visualizations, and predictive models, looking for opportunities to improve the experience of using XM.
