Requirements

Currently enrolled in Master's program in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
Duration:
This is a 6 months internship position, providing an opportunity for the intern to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of data science. Full time position possible after internship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and define project objectives.
Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models for predictive analysis and decision support.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.
Work with different data sources, including structured and unstructured data, to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
Evaluate and validate model performance through testing and refinement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
