  • - Work across a variety of clients to assist them with their deal needs including: strategy and transaction advisory (due diligence and valuations) for domestic and cross border M&A, divestitures and spin-offs, capital markets transactions like IPOs, as well as business restructurings, including bankruptcies and forensic services.
  • - Work on capital projects including mega projects and provide infrastructure and government advice.
  • - Learn how to investigate client needs effectively, create proposals to reach solutions and present information effectively to people of all levels, knowledge, areas and backgrounds.
