Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Support the development and distribution of communications and materials
  • Support ERGs (day-to-day operations) in developing and executing initiatives that promote inclusion across the organization
  • Participate in meetings and contribute towards enhancing inclusive strategies
  • Maintain and update resources and documentation in various mediums (EA World, ERG Playbooks, etc)
  • Assist in presentation preparation and reports to share portfolio progress and insights
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives
  • Analyze data related to ERG initiatives to measure progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and create an inclusive & healthy workplace culture
  • Reports to the Sr. Director, DEI Partnerships
