Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in a related field of study with a demonstrated passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, People Experience, Communications, HR, Management, Business, or a related field
  • For current undergraduate candidates, Junior/Senior level preferred. Interns must be returning to school in the Fall of 2024 to complete degree program
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Google Suite
  • Ability to clearly articulate strong career interest in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging and/or People Experience
  • Leadership potential and competencies as evidenced by good citizenship, achievement and involvement in non-academic pursuits such as extracurricular activities, community service, or special projects
  • Prior intern experience working in a corporate environment preferred
  • Progressive responsibilities and scope of assignments
  • Functional excellence and a spirit of cooperation and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging with planning and execution of programs, cultural celebration and observances and events;
  • Assist with creating and posting social media content for related DEI topics
  • Assist with execution of quarterly employee All In Awards;
  • Partner with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders on updates and maintenance of ERG pages on DV’s intranet (SCOOP);
  • Assist in the development of outreach strategies for community engagement;
  • Own the administrative and logistical support for the inclusive talent partnership program, including planning and driving logistics for professional and industry conferences hosted by partnership organizations; coordinating internal cross-functional teams that will attend professional and industry conferences; leading the management of company booths at professional and industry conferences, and coordinating internal debriefs of the conferences;
  • Research and provide recommendations on maintaining engagement with diverse talent acquired from industry and professional conferences;
  • Assisting with employee engagement activities including supporting our employee resource groups and community service activities;
  • Provide day to day support which may include analysis of data, initiating and driving planning meetings, streamlining processes, and generating reports, and
  • Assist with special projects and ancillary duties as assigned.
