  • Investigations & Disputes: This practice reviews accounting and business records to provide detailed analysis to help uncover essential facts and insights. Assist with compiling, analyzing, and documenting facts for matters under investigation or in litigation and help clients manage and respond to internal and external investigations, regulatory concerns, litigation, and other business controversy.
  • Assist in preparing and executing detailed work plans for various engagements
  • Review documents to identify items relevant to investigation or dispute matter
  • Compile and analyze facts to formulate, substantiate and/or critique various damages theories, claims or conclusions
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports and deliverables on diverse projects, including accounting and fraud investigations, false claims act investigations and complex business litigation matters
