  • Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be seeking an MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management, Business Analytics, or Forcasting
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office (Word, Excel); advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Able to work independently at times and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly/quarterly demand forecast cycle across the company, provide reports, analytics to the BU and Sales users
  • Work with sales account managers, Inside sales and BU Product Marketing to highlight gaps and issues where forecast attainment is lagging
  • Track the identified issues, work with Sales Operations manager to define next steps/actions required and track progress based on inputs from team
  • You will learn the CRM tools and forecasting process and be able to complete updates in CRM and run reports
  • In this role you will get a broad cross functional view of impact by sales, business unit, and finance on the companys forecasting and revenue planning cycle
